People Person

So, You Think You’re a People Person?

If you really are, then you probably have the ability to bring people together and organize them- you will also excel at managing other people’s energy.

People persons tend to stand out in a crowd, are easily noticed and get more recognition than others. However one of the dilemmas of such types is that they need to be recognised for who they really are in order for them to be successful.

As these types of people constantly draw energy to them, they need to direct and distribute this energy and not try to hoard it. The energy that they draw to them can take the form of money and material things as well as people’s efforts and support.

Now, although such people are here to manage other people’s energy, this strategy only works when they have been invited to do so.

Moreover, people persons have a tendency to over-control so they should remember to guide and influence rather than try to control.

The difficulty for such people, is that they have to wait to be “invited” and this is a challenging strategy. The challenge lies in the fact that we can get impatient and do the inviting which usually works against us and can turn people and opportunities away.

If you really are a people person, you may recall that for many significant events in your life, you had to be invited.

Now, this does not mean you just sit and do nothing but it does mean that it could take you awhile to understand the shift in energy that it takes to get the strategy right.

Sometimes if we are needy and desperate and not following our strategy, we can suck other people’s energy and drive them away, ending up bitter and resentful; you may know people like this.

There is no clear cut answer to any issue such as this; it is an ongoing process establishing what works for us in life and business or career as we try to find out the key to expressing ourselves in the world.

By waiting, we draw to us the people that we need and who need us.

The paradox is that we also need to go out there and take massive action BUT with a relaxed attitude; with this taking massive action, the worry, stress and anxiety disappears that was caused by over thinking everything to death and waiting like a victim.

Once you’re confident, and relaxed you will get the business you need and the people with whom to share your knowledge, expertise enthusiasm.

Naturally for such a strategy a great deal of patience is required.
